Dr Pap’s life wasn’t narrated only in books.
Hundreds of scientific journals (Cancer news, Hippocrates, Oncological briefing), magazines (Woman, Postman, Radio-television), and also local press (Panevoiki, Eubean Village, Roptro, etc), or literary (New Hearth, Peiraika Grammata), issued texts or interviews mainly conducted by doctors, that dealt with the life and work of the famous researcher. Besides, the foreign Press honoured the Greek doctor with special coverages, (e.g the world popular magazine TIME).
Finally, many of the periodical publications of Greek newspapers dedicated posts (“To Vima-History”), or special issues (Historical Eleftherotypia), to George Papanicolaou.
